TEACHER GRANTS
2024 "Welcome Teacher Grant"
At Andrew Jackson Elementary, we believe in empowering our teachers to create the best possible learning environment for our students. That's why we've introduced the Welcome Teacher Grant—a special initiative designed to give each grade level a $300 budget to purchase classroom resources and student incentives.
What Is the Welcome Teacher Grant?
The Welcome Teacher Grant is our way of supporting teachers as they kick off the new school year. With this grant, teachers can request funds for items that will directly benefit their students. Our goal is to ensure that every classroom is equipped with the tools needed to enhance learning and reward student achievements.
Why Are We Doing This?
Transparency is important to us, and we want our school community to know how we're supporting our teachers. By providing this grant, we're making a direct investment in the success of our students.
For Teachers: How to Apply
Teachers can apply for the Welcome Teacher Grant by downloading the application form below. Once completed, they can submit their request directly to the PTO for review. Please note that all items requested must be for student use, and the PTO will review each application to ensure it meets our guidelines.
For Parents: Our Commitment
We want our parents to know that their support is making a real difference. The Welcome Teacher Grant is one of the many ways we're working to enhance the educational experience at Andrew Jackson Elementary. By investing in our teachers, we're investing in our children’s future.
